about me:
I’m a behavior change expert with a PhD in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Harvard University. I’ve dedicated my career to studying human psychology and designing behaviorally informed technology that has improved the well-being of hundreds of thousands of people.
My writing has been published in Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, The Oxford Handbook, and the ideas42 blog. Now I am using my expertise in behavioral science and my personal journey of overcoming insomnia to empower others to redefine their relationship with sleep. I coach, teach, and write about sleep, behavior change, and building wellness habits that last. My upcoming book will be published by Simon & Schuster.
